Says Li Keqiang on cyber-attacks:
“This is a worldwide problem. In fact, China itself is a main target of such attacks.”
“China does not support, indeed we are opposed to, such activities.”
If China is the main target of cyber-attacks and its a worldwide problem, why is China running a full-time cyber theft operation out of the PLA? Or, does Beijing not have enough control over the military to stop it? And so, in as much as there is a “presumption of guilt” in the question posed to the newly installed premier, is there also an air of resignation in his response because the Communist Party of China is not in a position to halt PLA cyber attacks?
